Freddrick Logan

Freddrick serves as the Experiential Learning Manager in Career Services, where he leads implementation of the Elevate initiative — Illinois Tech's co-curricular career readiness experience. He has designed and deployed a badge-credentialing competency framework spanning first-year through senior tracks, engineered the updated Elevate virtual career center and executive dashboards, and led the Career Services establishment of an AWS Academy programming initiative across university colleges. He connects students with internships, research opportunities, and co-ops while maintaining the Elevate portal, Career Services platforms, and webpages.

With a background in educational technology, Freddrick has evaluated over 3,800 technical projects and mentored 1,800+ students and professionals globally across web development, data analytics, UX/UI, and cybersecurity. He holds a PhD in E-Research and Technology Enhanced Learning, three Master's degrees, a B.S. in Computer Science, and professional certifications including Certified Business Architect and eleven executive programmes from Oxford's Saïd Business School.
